Bright and beautiful

This field of bromeliads at St Georges Park makes for a very colourful display...............



..............but the true beauty is revealed when you get up close and personal.

Gorgeous! Bromeliads are beautiful, but are seen in these climes only in botanical gardens. It's lovely to see them "outside."

Oh, I love these bromeliads! My dad has a whole slope covered with them at his house in Walmer - they just propagate themselves! That second shot is SO perfectly exposed.
