Wow! Great shot. I hope you don't mind, but I couldn't resist downloading it. I have to show the entire family. Since our name is King, we are partial to the King of Beasts.
Happy trails.
I agree with Swubird, that's a terrific shot. It would make a great poster.
He's a beauty!!
Have you heard 'Lucas the Lazy Lion' by Ed Jordan on the Beautiful Creatures CD (for kiddies!) - that's now 'singing' in my head!!
Amazing face on photo. Lions are just so photogenic. It doesn't matter what they are doing they always make for interesting pics
I haven't been down to the Eastern Cape via your blog for a while and enjoyed this magnificent fellow as well as the most recent shots taken at Addo. I must say Leo's mane looks as if he has just had a blow dry.
Lion King he is. What a beautiful picture. Looks like he was just waiting for your camera to come along.
Wow, he's gorgeous! What a nice thing you do to blog so my family can go too. Thanks!
You truly caught The King!
Magnificent creature.
Majestic. The pride in his face is so well captured.
He is beautiful, truly Lion king he is.
You got a Posty: Lion, South Africa
Beautiful shot...the king at rest!
