Sky Watch Friday- sunrise.....sunset

Looking towards Algoa Bay and St Phillip's Church from our dining room window, just after sunrise the other morning.

Ferguson and I enjoying the glow of the sunset in the East this evening, from our front door.

For more Skywatch pictures visit our friendly host, Tom at Wiggers World.

These are two totally different pictures. Not sure, but I think I like the red one better.

The built world seems so humble under the grandeur of this sky.

The black outlines of the buildings highlight the white in the sky while the darker clouds are in agreement that night is coming soon. Lovely! Also I love all the elephants in your great title photo!!

Thanks for having visited my sky watch post.

These are gorgeous photos. I love the way the clouds look so low they're pressing down and almost touching the rooftops in the first one. The colors in the second photo are exquisite -- the photo looks like a painting. Beautiful!
