Tuesdays Trees #8 - Japanes Maple

Tuesday's trees is just my way of working through my many tree photos that have been hiding out on my hard drive.

This is a Japanese maple, viewed from a grove of indigenous trees at the Arboretum at Hogsback.

I love Japanese Maples. This one looks like a splotch of color in the middle of an expressionist painting.

This is so pretty. I love Japanese maples, too. I have one in our front yard and I'm always wanting to take a photo of it. Your photo is gorgeous!

I have never seen a Japanese Maple quite that colour. It is really beautiful and so pronouned against the natives. Gorgeous. I really enjoy your tree posts so it's good news you have plenty more to work through!

Looks like a painting, love the pastel colors, Have you ever tried an infrared filter? I'm getting one, I think you could do awesome images with it in your country.

Bob I have never tried an infra red filter, in fact it has never occurred to me. Will research it on the web - and look forward to seeing your pics
