Sky Watch Friday - Land, sea and sky

The day dawned bright and clear, the clouds were dissipating and soon afterwards the fishing fleet that had come into St Francis Bay to ride out a storm, chugged off back to the open sea.
Visit the Sky Watch site for more great pictures from around the world.

There is something to seeing the fishing boats in the bay waiting for the storm to pass.

Great shot. Something ominous about the darkening water.

Wonderful photo, Max. The water's color looks like it's the result of a storm. Very interesting. Among my many blessings, one is that I don't have to earn my living working on the sea. It's beautiful, but can be deadly.

I love this photo. The layers of rocks, sea and lovely sky is in perfect harmony and it makes one long for some distant place in the world. It sort of drags one with it out to sea.
