Oh Jenty, it is so nice at Cape St Francis. Circumstances have conspired against us for too long, so we have decided we will come down at least once a month. We find this is a great place to relax and go home refreshed.

There is nothing more to say. A picture is worth a thousand words. This one is double its value at least.

Hi RuneE, this was a case of being in the right place at the right time. One of the perks of being an early riser

Kerri, thanks for your comment. Glad you liked the picture. Cape St Francis is a fantastic place - we always recharge our batteries here and are ready to face the world again when we get home.

Bob, it was a great sunrise. It was also quite busy with the early morning fishermenn going out.

The Fool, we have great diversity in the Eastern Cape. We have 5 of South Africa's 7 biomes, ranging from semi desert to lush forests and we have the added bonus of the sea. You can see the big 7 in the province - lions, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard ant then whales and great white sharks.
It has a lot to offer and is a great place to live.

Karoline this is my little piece of paradise. Whenever Sue and I go to our place at Cape St Francis we appreciate it more and count our blessings. Yes we have so much to be thankful for.

the thought that some people live in places like this year round and never stop to appreciate it, saddens me...i know you two would take the time to offer your gratitude...it's clear in the way you capture the beauty...
