St Phillips

I love the sense of history one has living in Richmond Hill. It is by no means one of the oldest suburbs, but has a fair sprinkling of old buildings. Today I want to feature St Phillips Anglican Church, which was built in 1883. It has been the subject of many an early morning photo session.

St Phillips seen from our dining room at sunrise

Lovely view of the clouds from the front of the Church.

Show of frangipanis.

Looking down Callington Street towards Algoa Bay.

Hi Karoline
You were quick off the mark.
I will post a close up of the frangipanis shortly - they really are lovely flowers

I love the 4th photo, with the beautiful colours in the sky.

I also like the one Jenty likes, those 2 different stone crosses fascinate me. I have noticed most of the old churches around here have them, and no 2 are the same!
